Harry Morton recently told TV's Extra that he and Lindsay Lohan were taking a little breather, but, the couple met for lunch Thursday at The Ivy in Los Angeles.

Lindsay Lohan and Harry Morton split up Thursday, multiple sources confirmed to PEOPLE – but now they seem to be speaking again.


Lohan's rep tells PEOPLE.

"They are together now,"

A source close to the actress adds

"They argue, they don't argue." At the moment, "They're communicating. They're hanging out. Whatever's going to transpire there is going to transpire."

What the hell does that mean???


On Thursday things looked bad with a source saying

"Harry broke up with Lindsay yesterday at Chateau Marmont after they had dinner on the courtyard patio. Nothing happened at dinner, but shortly afterward, he broke up with her."

"She was too much drama. Lindsay did cut down on the partying, but with her it's all relative. Harry is sober. It wasn't the partying that broke them up. Harry's more low-key and not into the same stuff she's into."

However, the Lohan pal says,

"No one 'dumped' anyone. You don't dump people when you're 20 and 25. You have a mature relationship, and you take a break and you see what happens. Everyone does that."

Indeed, Lohan, 20, was spotted at Hollywood's Chateau Marmont on Thursday, running onto the patio where four of her friends were sitting – and weeping, a wad of tissues on one hand, her cell phone in the other.


"She ran in, sat with her group, put down her cell phone and cried to her pals," an observer tells PEOPLE. "The group looked very concerned and listened intently to what she was saying."

Harry Morton seems to be a play thing for Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton, and he looks as if he likes it.


Lohan's man was spotted joining Paris' entourage and flirting with his girlfriend's well known ex-friend. The two partied together at celebrity hot spot Hyde while Lindsay attending New York Fashion Week after parties.


Paris took full advantage of Lindsay's absence. She sparked conversations with him and danced trashy seductively for him. An onlooker is quoted as describing Paris' move on Harry.

"When Paris' song 'Stars Are Blind' played, she looked into Harry's eyes and mouthed the lyrics, 'Baby I'm perfect for you!'"

While they didn't make the mistake of actually walking out together they did leave within minutes of each other. Paris exited and Harry followed soon after.


Urgh I think i'm going to be sick - firstly that somewhere is playing Paris's music and secondly that she sings along to it, that is sooo not cool.

Luckily for Lindsay Lohan she has boyfriend Harry Morton to help pick up groceries at Bristol Farms, after she fractured her wrist.
