Madonna shared these pictures of her adopted son, David, on The Oprah Winfrey Show.

13-month old David Banda now lives with Madonna and Guy Ritchie with them at their home in London, along with their two other children, 10-year-old Lourdes and 6-year-old Rocco.

Madonna and Guy argue about schools

Alex
30th August 2006

For most people the start of the new school year is a relief from the hassle of the school holidays. But Madonna has enjoyed seeing her children so much that she wants them to stay on her Confessions world tour with her.

Unfortunatly her husband Guy Ritchie is not so keen on the idea.

Guy and Madonna have had a series of rows because he thinks the children should stay in one place to be educated. He is, apparently, increasingly fed up with them moving every few weeks because of the tour, which goes on until October.

A family source said Madonna 'likes to have her children with her — otherwise she wouldn’t see much of them'. The source added

"They already have schools in London and Los Angeles which they float between.

But in recent weeks they’ve been to New York and Miami too, and she wants to take them to other tour stops like Russia.

Madonna thinks it's good for her kids to be with Mom and see the world, but Guy disagrees. He's more traditional and would prefer them at one school.

It's causing a lot of tension — and their friends and family are voicing opinions too."

Madonna/Ritchie Vacation Row

Alex

So apparently like a lot of couples Madonna and husband Guy Ritchie fall out about where to go on holiday.

Madonna has now said that she has won the battle and from now on Ritchie will not be doing blokey pursuits to join her on more spiritual trips.

The 47-year-old told Harper's Bazaar magazine:

"He loves the sea and fishing and being on a boat, outdoors, nature stuff, and I'd rather go to India and check out all the temples or go to Bhutan". (I think I'm with Guy on his type of holiday!)

"We've had this discussion, and he's got to start doing more of the holidays like I do."

Madonna, whose current album is Confessions On A Dance Floor, also admitted that pop stars can be difficult to handle, joking: "What's the difference between a pop star and a terrorist?

"You can negotiate with a terrorist."!!!

Ok so guess who's in charge in that relationship??

Brad Pitt: Star Dinner

Alex
26th January 2006

Don't you wish you could be a 'fly on the wall' sometimes.

Imagine what the Kitchen staff at the upmarket Italian restaurant Locanda Locatelli felt like on Wednesday night when three showbiz stars arrived for a meal with one of Britain's top chefs.

A-list Star Brad Pitt was joined by Madonna, her director husband Guy Ritchie and celebrity chef Jamie Oliver when the Troy star stopped in London to catch up with his glamorous friends, Yahoo News reports.

The actor turned heads as he arrived at the restaurant because of the jet black hairstyle that has replaced the peroxide blond look he had until recently.

He and Angelina Jolie decided to make a visit to the British capital on their way to the World Economic Forum's annual meeting(!) which is currently getting underway in Davos.

Guy Ritchie has remained friends with the actor ever since they worked together on Snatch five years ago. Jamie's relationship with the star goes back to 2003, when the culinary whizz cooked a special 40th birthday dinner for him and his then-wife Jennifer Aniston.
