Katie Holmes arrived on the red carpet for the premiere of Hairspray in Los Angeles in a little black dress, but it wasn't how nice she looked in it that was the talking point it was the reappearance of her small bump that set tongues wagging.





She'd probably just eaten a grape and was bloated and full!!
