Nicole Richie is being quiet on the question of whether she's pregnant, but Page Six are reporting that a good friend of hers says she's definitely carrying Joel Madden's child .

"Nicole is kind of hoping her pregnancy will keep her out of jail,"




the friend said. Richie is facing time due to a DWI arrest earlier this year. But friends are concerned and

"wondering if she can carry the baby to term because of her weight issues,"




Well if it's true it's not a good reason to have a baby!

Nicole Ritchie has already Planed to get pregnant in the first place to stay out of Jail,she needs to go to jail to just because she is rich with money and her father is singer Lionel Ritchie:she needs to pay for her mistakes to not get away on not going to jail: just because she got pregnant,she won't go to jail,the judge needs to see about that: she needs to learn from her mistakes as well:
