OMG you take one day off to enjoy the beach and party and what happens - all hell breaks loose !!!


Paris Hilton got sent home under house arrest because of some "unspecified medical matter" - huh. After 3 days she gets to go sit at home noooooooooo she should be in there for longer. Although TMZ has learned that a judge has ordered her back to his Los Angeles courtroom, telling her she must attend todays hearing. She could be sent back to jail!!

TMZ are reporting that Paris has been handcuffed and thrown into the back of a police car to take her to court where she is over an hour late for the hearing !!!

WOAH she really shouldn't have made that Judge wait - Paris is on her way back to jail to serve out the remainder of her sentence. Wow I'm in shock there actually is someone in America who dosen't care who she is or who her family is, he'ssaid she should be in jail and that's where he expects her to be.


Paris left the courtroom in tears crying out Mom mom mom mom and also it's not right.


Of course her lawyers are going to appeal
