Paris Hilton has been found in violation of the terms of her probation and faces a maximum sentence of 90 days in jail, the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office announced Thursday.


Hilton was spotted Feb. 27 speeding down Sunset Boulevard around 11 p.m. without her headlights on, says L.A. Sheriff's spokesman Oscar Butao. After pulling her over officers found Hilton was driving with a suspended license – the result of her DUI arrest last September. In that case, she pleaded no contest to a lesser charge of alcohol-related reckless driving on Jan. 22, and was placed on 36 months probation.


Hilton's rep and attorney were not immediately available for comment.


Oh please let it be so - can you just imagine "The Simple Life does .... Jail Life" ha ha ha

They at last managed to get Naomi Campbell bending over and gave her, just a light smack in the guise of her community service for throwing her phone. Possibly its time for Miss Paris Hilton to touch her toes for a naughty spanking.

However hopefully she wouldn't get community service but the judge will put her away for the maximum time possible. .

Are the authorities is at last getting the message. hopefully so. Could we possibly then be looking at Kate Moss doing time for sniffing cocaine?
I expect that is just a little too much to ask. Let's hopefully they put Ms. Paris in the cells and lets all the black people and faggots she spoke so disapproving teach her a painful lesson
