A coroner hired by Anna Nicole Smith performed a second autopsy on her son Daniel on Sunday in the Bahamas, in an effort to further investigate the cause of the 20-year-old's death.

Cyril Wecht, 75, a Pittsburgh-based forensic pathologist who has previously consulted in the death investigations of Elvis Presley and JonBenet Ramsey, said the cause of death is still pending, but he has ruled out heart disease, cancer, systemic infection, or a pulmonary embolism. He added

"I find nothing to suggest to me any kind of foul play. I think that we have a tragic death of a young man and ultimately the cause is going to be determined."

Wecht also took samples for a second set of tests to compare them to those done in the Bahamas. Wecht says toxicology results may take two weeks to four months to come back, though Her Majesty's Coroner Linda P. Virgill says a jury inquest is still scheduled for Oct. 23.

The body has been released to Butler's funeral home in Nassau for the family.

Smith's attorney, Michael Scott, who accompanied Wecht to the hospital Sunday, told reporters that Anna Nicole

"is doing well, she is getting better. She wants everyone to stop jumping to conclusions, take a breath, step back and await the outcome of any reports from Dr. Wecht and Dr. Raju and to await the outcome of any coroner's proceedings.

Anna Nicole wants to know how Daniel died and we all want to know. It could take weeks to get a definitive, final answer."

On a personal note this last week I have found myself in a curious position - I write a gossip blog and depend on photos that the paparazzi have taken of celebs for my blog, but I now find that Anna Nicole has moved into the house next to me, on the Island, and all day every day there have been people hanging around trying to get her picture. To me that is wrong, the woman has gone through a traumatic ordeal and is grieving, she should be able to do it without someone trying to take her picture. So where does that leave me? Do I say that i'm not going to use any paparazzi shots, but then my blog suffers or do I continue using them and be two-faced (Oh yes i feel sorry for you but i'm posting it anyway!!!).

I think the answer for me is that if the shots are taken when I personally feel a celeb should be able to have some privacy (like the death of a family member) then I'm not going to post them. What are your thoughts on it?
