Best friends Matthew McConaughey and Lance Armstrong get off their bikes and go for a run instead on Tuesday in Miami Beach.





I am so pleased that Matthew is heavily into a fitness kick at the moment - especially as he likes to exercise without his shirt on. Keep it up Matthew for the morale of bloggers everywhere!!!
