Jenny McCarthy has spoken about her romance with Jim Carrey, saying she's happy – but not ready to tie the knot.


"Our dynamic is great. I'm very, very happy. It's a lot of laughing,"


The actress told PEOPLE at the celebration for the 40th anniversary of Caesars Palace Las Vegas on Wednesday.


When asked about marriage she said

"No, there is no marriage on my mind – at all."
