These pictures of Paris Hilton and Stavros Nachos in St. Tropez on Saturday are sparking rumors that the two are back together.

The two met at a local night club and apparently started to go at it. They were making out and started dancing. Paris had her hands all over him and unbuttoned his shirt for all to see.

What a classy couple !!!!
