Jessica Simpson will not be dishing and dirt about her breakup with ex Nick Lachey on her upcoming album, 'And the Band Played On'.


Jessica's dad Joe says:

"She's talking about having fun with her girlfriends. Enough has been said. Let's go on and live our lives."




He goes on to say:

"It's a lot like Mariah's record, you know. They're both the same kind of singers, they're both ballad singers,"




For her first single Simpson is going to pick up the tempo, which her dad describes as "Madonna meets Janet – it's totally the unexpected."

I think that Jessica needs to grow up and start taking control of her life because her dad is taking advatage of her, he already made her leave her husband whats next?
