Actually this picture has caused a lot of controversy because People Magazine have paid $4.1 million for the North American rights to pictures of Shiloh, and when some blogs like Gawker and DListed put it up yesterday they where threatened with legal action from Time Inc.
In the meanwhile so many other blogs have put the picture up, including us now!!!!!.
