Anna Nicole Smith may be keeping vey quite on whether she is pregnant or not, but Larry Birkhead, the man who claims to be the father certanly isn't.


After weeks of rumours and denials he says he has proof.


He is quoted on website TMZ.com as saying:

"I have seen the ultrasound and have spoken to doctors. I am very excited."

However, the former Playboy Playmate's spokesman and legal advisor, Howard K. Stern, denies his client is expecting.


But Birkhead has alleged Smith's publicist is lying, saying:

"Howard needs to get past his own jealousy about the relationship between myself and his only client."

However, Stern wasn't so quick to refute the claims during a recent interview. At the time, he said:

"If Anna Nicole is pregnant, she obviously doesn't want anybody to know yet. If she's not pregnant, she's not denying the rumour, because she thinks it's funny how much of a stir it's causing. She'll leave it up to you to guess which one it is."

Meanwhile, Anna Nicole was recently caught browsing for baby clothes at posh boutique, Petit Tresor, in Los Angeles. An onlooker revealed: "She and a female friend were looking at mostly pink pyjamas and blankets. The kind of things you get when you first find out."


One thing is for sure if she is pregnant we will all soon know!!
