Madonna kicked off her 'Confessions' world tour, at the Los Angeles Forum, in horseriding gear and a whip!!

Among the night's controversial moments, Madonna hung herself on a cross and screened images of President Bush juxtaposed with Adolf Hitler!!!

Errm, ok it looks as though she's "one sandwich short of a picnic"
