Nicole Richie has hit back at critics who accuse her of being too thin.
But Richie insists she doesn't have a problem. The star of reality show 'The Simple Life' said her stick-thin figure was down to the pressures of her working life.
"Am I thin? Yes, no doubt about it. But to say I'm on the verge of death is just untrue," she told Glamour magazine.
"My family get really upset to see these people writing lies about their child. Do they ask me about it? No, because they know that I eat."
Richie still goes to the gym despite having no fat left to burn.
I'll squeeze in a workout when I have time, but I don't do any cardio - I don't need to, I'm too thin," she said. "And I eat whatever I feel like, sandwiches, whatever.
There is one thing, though, that Nicole would like to change about herself.
If I could change anything about myself it would be my nose - I hate it," said Richie, who admitted she has been in therapy since the age of three. "I see really good nose jobs in LA but it's a big decision.
