Keanu Reeves wandered the streets of New York looking relaxed and happy, hand-in-hand with a brunette who was wrapped up against the cold in a woolly hat and jacket. The smiling pair seemed very much at ease in each other's company as they chatted happily and window shopped over the weekend.

One of movie industry's most private stars, Keanu is rarely seen out with any of Hollywood's glamorous ladies, preferring to devote his time to hobbies like surfing, horseriding and motorbikes. The 41-year-old has had few serious relationships since the 2001 death of his on-off girlfriend Jennifer Syme in a car crash.
