Tab Fab at E Online reports that Britney Spears was at a swank Beverly Hills eatery, when son Sean Preston did a number two in his trousers and Brit decided to change him--right there on the table!



Nearby diners could be excused if they felt like throwing up, but it was the manager who threw up his hands, telling one guest,

"It's Britney Spears--what can we do?"

I can't believe this really happened - I mean come on even she wouldn't do that would she????
