Ozzy Osbourne's daughter Kelly is denying claims she has checked into rehab for the second time.


'Us Weekly' claims 21-year-old Osbourne checked into rehab on 27 January in a bid to conquer drug and alcohol dependency.


In 2004 the singer was treated for an addition to painkillers.


Osbourne's spokesperson insists, "Kelly is not in rehab."


However, an unnamed source tells the magazine, "Her mom (Sharon Osbourne) staged an intervention."
