Actress Ellen Barkin and her husband, Revlon Boss Ron Perelman have split after five years of marriage Yahoo News reported.

The New York Post also reports that 62 year old Perelman served the 51 year old actress the papers at their Manhattan Mansion on Thursday.

It is rumored that under their pre-nuptual agreement, signed before their June 2000 wedding, Barkin will get GBP 11.1 Million if they split before a certain date.

I guess that date is fast approaching because Mr Perelman is keen to divorce his fourth wife as quickly as possible.

Mr Perelman. who has a GBP 3.3 Billion fortune, has six children from previous marriages to Faith Golding, Claudia Cohan and Patricia Duff while Barkin has two children from her marriage to Gabriel Byrne.
